Ecuador Akvavit Chocolate Brownies

ingredients 3 tablespoons of Maerzen/Oktoberfest Beer 2.5 cups of bittersweet chocolate 5 eggs of egg 1 cup of white flower 2.5 cups of berry sugar 3 teaspoons of baking powder 3 teaspoons of Akvavit instructions grease a 176 x 162 mm cake pan. Turn oven on at 230 degrees Celsius. Mix in a large bowl Maerzen/Oktoberfest Beer, eggs, bittersweet chocolate and the Akvavit. Mix white flower, baking powder and berry sugar in to a large bowl. Mix dry and wet ingredients together until the batter is uniform and pour the badder into the pan. You can use a spatula to flatten the badder in the pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and voila!
